For me I'd much rather just use a treadmill gradually faster and on incline until I can run a certain amount without feeling like I'm gonna pass out. Don't really care for the other stuff so surely I'm better to just buy myself a tready

Looks great! 24 hr access which is what you want. Lots of facilities and services and classes. Looks like it has everything except a pool- but of course youd need to go to a leisure centre for that.

If you do weights, at rest you burn more fat, compared if you just do cardio.

It has alot to do with the reps/sets/weight you do too. phantom13 care to elaborate.

I thought being a male, you'd want to build up a little muscle at least.

But yeah anyway, you should get a consultation, a program and even some free PT sessions chucked in when you join.

So they would go through everything with you, what you want to achieve, etc etc.

And of course give you a tour, show you how to use everything properly.

I have literally zero interest in muscle until I am satisfied with what I want. If I ever feel satisfied with myself then I'm cool.

But even then this stuff can be bought and used at home. Prefer not to go to a gym unless it's like 1am

Well you just tell that to the trainers at the gym and they'll be able to sort you out/make a program that suits you.

Women are generally in fear of "bulking" up- when I did my Cert III our instructors told us there is literally zero chance of that happening, as we dont have the testosterone in us to do that. Unless you take extra shit, then you bulk up. I love doing weights... actually i need to go to the gym today if i can be arsed lol.
 
I guess some guys are like that... my friend's fiance is skinny as a rake. He obviously is cool with that (and so is my friend) but im sorry i could not find that body type less sexually attractive if I tried. Just. No.
What makes a dude pushing 120 any better than a 75kg rake?

At the pool yesterday, wtf is it with kids these days.

The paddles look a bit odd ok but the rest.
