Hi, quick question - feel free to move mods if this isn't the in correct section.
Basically, a family member has ordered a pair of Nike boots from a US Online sports store. Those who are familiar with football/soccer boots would know that they usually produce a 'replica' type model, with inferior materials at a cheaper price. They've sent the replica model (and apprently intentionally) under the guise of the authentic top of the line model.
Been trying to email them, getting no reply. Trying to plan the course of action from here. Just wondering if anybody had experience with this? I've had a look at some buyer protection info online, it seems USA authorities deal primarily with US citizens. Is the credit/debit card issuer the first point of contact to see if they can reverse the transaction if this mob continue playing the silent game?
Any ideas?
