Think we look a bit short with Rance out and King in. Means that Deledio will have to play as a 3rd tall

Wouldn't be surprised if Thurstfield comes in for Batchelor or Helbig solely for match-ups. If they swing Gilbert or even Fisher up forward we're gonna look short. If Riewoldt (Nick) starts firing on McGuane it could be a very long night

How things have changed for the push up guy... I'm actually really pleased to see him back in!

Surely he stays on the forward line though, I would hate to see him pop up in the back half on Milne.

I don't mind that there is only the one change... give the 21 other guys the chance to respond to last weeks 'fade-out' and the midfielders a chance to redeem their poor (in the coaches own words) game v Carlton.

I reckon we might go close this week just quietly...

Yup we were seriously rooted in the first half but after getting back to a position of being 14 points up @ 3/4 time and then kicking just 3 points in the last half hour, yeah I call that a fade out.

taking helbig or batchelor out after one game would be stupid, give them one more game to see if they are up to it, one game to see what is required, and another game to see if they are capable of performing at that level at the moment. if not send them to coburg and bring them back when they are ready.
