Having seen him mix with kids at family days and footy clinics, Ben Brown is one of the most likable and friendly footballers I've ever encountered. Tonight's show was a little awkward but he did a reasonably good job.

I was disappointed, though, that he didn't take the opportunity to ask Mike about how much he has been paid over the years in his various media roles.

Seems like a good bloke actually, wasn’t too sure what to expect. The way he was rattled by the Sumich incident, and the day to day public opinion is what I expect for Andrew Gaff, who might have it even worse due to social media. The story about his son being born in Egypt during the revolution was very interesting.

Good interview, clearly still suffers with the Sumich incident. I think he has built it up so much in his head he doesn't really have the confidence/ability to go and apologise. As much as Sumich may not want to, if he had a soft spot inside he should call Southern and tell him it's ok and that he can get out what he needs to and vice versa.

Only saw parts of it but the Southern interview was better than expected, Southern was a good hard nut footballer but sometimes those sorts of guys can come across as inarticulate, but Southern seemed pretty switched on.

3. Why would he apologise after Sumich said he would walk away. The things I've heard about Sumich and the way he treated younger players is disgusting
