If Don's beat Brizzy we only need a couple things to go our way to be top of the ladder
Brisbane held on, but 2nd on the ladder is up for grabs if the Hawks take down Collingwood tonight. Keeping in mind that we're one game behind all these top clubs and it's very likely that we would've been on top of the ladder for most of this season if our Essendon game wasn't postponed. It's unfortunate because we'd be getting a lot more media attention had we been on top of the ladder for the majirity of this season.

I like us flying under the radar a bit. Still a long way to go.

I can understand why, but our brand and the sport in general would get a massive boost in the arm on the Gold Coast if we spent an extended period on top of the ladder. We can make serious inroads if we're viewed by the wider community as the best team in the AFL.

Confirmation that Cal Ward has done his ACL. He certainly revved up his team to a comeback win, but they sucked for most of the game. Crowd of 9770 at home, but all I saw was empty stands. Suns have 2 more games Vs the Giants and if we can win both it sets us up for top 4. Even winning 1 of those games would break even as they are 8 point games in terms of ladder position. The Suns play Geelong, Collingwood, Brisbane, Adelaide, plus the Giants twice, so winning any of those keeps us up and then down.

That crowd at engie stadium in 3 weeks could be dire. last couple of times we’ve played there crowd has been around 8k but seems their numbers are way down this year could be 4/5k

To paraphrase Kane Cornes, Brisbane have munged 8 behinds, 2 shots out on the full and one shot smothered in the final quarter after leading by 17 points at 3/4 time. Crows kicked 5 straight and then tried to lose it in every way you could.

What we can learn from this is that the Lions are really not the team we think, who can grind out wins when it counts. Just as the Crom are never a 4 quarter side. Both in our run home after the bye, both just above us on the ladder and both showing more ways they can be beaten.

Funny thing is you never seem to see any threat of GWS failing. Need to relocate to Canberra and play a few home games at Engie.

We are the A.C.T. Giants
Our crowds are smaller than the rest

Richmond and north win this week and port lose

We are not far off pick 2 😂😂😂 we could keep the pick
Well complete flip to that

Positive News, helps us on the ladder and surely Dimma can fire the boys up like Ken did to beat GWS. Another awful giants performance. After getting out of jail last week

Yeah almost fell asleep watching that, just felt the same as our game tbf

Geelong just more highly skilled

Collingwood are the Nepo baby. Melbourne being screwed
I hope Dimma watched the game and took note of the influence Ed Langdon was having by tagging Nick Daicos. Touk Miller has proven in the past that he's more than capable of tagging some of the best players in the league...
