I looked at the odds on betting websites.
It seems pretty crazy.
GC $1.11 to make finals.

GWS at $1.72 are the outliers - everyone else really short!

13 is the number you usually need but 14 would be a lock but it's going to be close, every game counts for sure. Need to clean up our 4th quarter fade. Imagine if we played with the intensity of our first quarters all game from the last 2 weeks. Would be unstoppable

11th - 11 1/2

2025 (wins from current games played, averaged out over 23 games
10th - on track for 10.7 wins
11th - 9.8 wins
12th - 9.2
13th - 9.2
14th - 7.6
15th - 7.6

All these extra wins are essentially going to fringe of the 8. 2 wins per team for 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th. That’s why it’s changed from 13 to make it to 15

This week is top 9 vs bottom 9. Only Freo aren’t favourites. Only Hawks are $1.30+ odds, everyone shorter

Yeah, First Crack also talks about min 14 wins and possibly 15 with poor percentage. I hope 14 wins will do for us.

We got to win both Essendon games and Tigers game.

Get min one win from Lions and Magpies games.

Crows at home with still fresh memory of Carrara events is very difficult task.

GWS home game could be elimination game for both teams.

Hopefully Blues disintegrate further and continue to be a rubble.

Hinkley last game with Port. What could go wrong for us? Haha. Hopefully they are out of finals by then.

I think one from 6 teams will struggle with injuries, hopefully not us.

In an era when guys are getting 2-3 weeks for catching someone high unintentionally in a contest ie for being clumsy or too aggressive at the ball and the man, surely an intentional haymaker is 6+?
I still cant believe people will seriously defend what Barry Hall did to Straker and Lynch's punch is straying into that territory

Freo losing to the Swans today would be a fantastic outcome for us considering the Dockers play Hawthorn next week and Collingwood the week after. That's two likely losses for Fremantle and it should create a nice cushion for us to maintain a spot in the top 8, regardless of whether we win over the next fortnight.
