Best/quickest way to arrest this slide is to replace the coach. There simply is no proof his way will eventually pay dividends.

They’ve backed themselves in to a corner with Voss. If they sack another coach 18 months in to their tenure then the role is regarded as a poison chalice. If they keep him on, then they likely keep regressing, as it looks like Voss has somehow managed to lose the confidence of his playing group already.
