The development of the kids will offset the drop off from a few of the veterans IMO. Plus the gameplan should be more refined.

I think we'll end up with a similar amount of wins but hopefully a far better percentage.

Wow! Just Wow! I hate this thread. It is depressing seeing how appalling our list is. There is zero run and delivery from this backline. The midfield is enough to put you into a state depression and the forward line is the area where all our hopes lie, on the shoulders of kids that have played less than a dozen games. Get games into our kids ASAP. They're the only hope.

That centre line will be smashed. I suppose it's all we have. Can you tell me how I get some anti depressants?

Thank you. If Prestia gets 8 games uninjured, it will be a win. I think McAuliffe could get the spot of Ross, but it's going to keep Prestia out, too, if he's finally better than Ross. There were some good signs, but yes, we are glacier-like in there. The Lalor, Campbell, Hotton and Cumming will all get minutes ideally, and the days of just 3 mids must surely be behind us.

Once I know who has trained well, whose work rate is good, who is up for it, who has shagged Higglett's Missus, who has knocked 7 bells through some poor campaigner at the pub, and who hasn't made Kane Corne's top 150.

Hoping Smillie and Gibcus get a good run without injuries and Judson recovers fast. Need to back in some other players especially on wings and small forwards. MRJ, Mansell and Green have had plenty of opportunities, shouldn't be guaranteed best 23.

I'd rotate Short, Campbell and Retschko see what best combo looks like. Short needs to be played closer to goal as he's a renowned goalkicker beyond 50 and plenty of coverage down back. Taranto also more time up forward giving kids more centre bounce attendances, especially Hotton and Lalor. Ive got Armstrong ahead of Faull who seriously needs to work on his set shots in magoos, and Simms can chop Nank out.
