Yeh, for sure TJ is easily our best player.

Jeff White is an interesting one. If he is dominating in the ruck we usally win pretty easily each time...


EDIT: Cam Bruce, if he stays un-injured could become our Best player quite easily as well!

D Neitz - Two time All Australian, Coleman Medallist and soon to become our games and goal record holder - overtaking Norm Smith and Robbie Flower respectively. Despite current form there is no doubting the man is a champion.

Consistently though, it would have to be TJ.

The more concerning thing is there is not 1 genuine superstar amongst them.

TJ for mine, followed by White.

Neitz was our best up until 2 years ago.

Over a career, you would have to say David Neitz, followed by Adem Yze and then Jeff White.

At this stage, Travis Johnstone would probably shade Russell Robertson and Cameron Bruce.

You have to go with T.J as our current best player, then Robbo and White. Over a career I'd go with Yze, then Nietz, then White. I still think White is our most important player.
I would love to jump onto the future a few years and see the same thread (Miller, Rivers, Silvia, Mclean, Davey, Bate, Jones ect...???).

Travis shows so much poise and his delivery is almost 2nd to none. So glad we got him instead of Ottens.

There aren't many players taken in 1997 that I'd take over Johnstone anyway.

The thread is a nice idea, but I find it hard to say which player is the best as they play in such different ways. I went for Travis due to his skills and incredible composure, but I wouldn't say he is the best by a long shot. Robbo and him play two different ways and other players are different again.
The bloke who said Sylvia will be better than them all......You're absolutely right.

I'd rather TJ over all of them except Black, providing TJ improves on last year which we all know he can.
It is now TJ, but yes I agree with cannons and the others who said it, Sylvia will be our best player in a few years and IMO one of the top 5 in the comp.

Jeff White is the most pivotal player in our team, without him we find it very hard to win games. Eventhough TJ is a brilliant player and he wins games for us, in a sense he can be replaced by other players, that are perhaps not of his caliber. Jeff White at the moment is irreplaceable. I just wish that we had kept either symmonds or jolly as a second ruckman, we saw how valuable two decent ruckman are in last years grandfinalists.

From an unbiased point of view if all played at there best it would be Bruce just from Robertson.
