we lack that big CHB, Rance will hold down the FB position but we need another beast to hold down CHB, is Astbury, McGuane good enough? Trengove? Seems clear Grimes will be our 3rd guy for a long time.

It is a bit of a worry how poor our defence is. Last week, for example, we conceded 30 scoring shots to a team without a forwardline - a team that finished today's game with half as many scoring shots against Carlton and hardly had a kick in their forward 50 from midway through the first quarter to midway through the last

Goodes, Reid, Mcglynn are pretty good. We only had Rance last week

Mainly this year. Rance is our CHB. Mcguane FB and Grimes 3rd tall. Very inexperienced but it will improve alot and stop the goals. We have alot of depth for tall defenders. Just need to keep getting games into them while some are out injured

rance/astbury/grimes are three that are capable, but whether they are ever up to it is another story.

Rance has stepped up, no doubt. Grimes, from his few games this year has shown that he could be great. If Astbury can put on some size during his time off, he'll be far more confident in himself and we'll be laughing. Seriously, I think we'll be right in defense. I'm far more concerned about medium/small forwards.

Why can't jayden post put on a few pounds next year and go back there he seems athletic enough?

Post put on alot of weight last season and lost mobility and therefore struggled.... he seems to have slimmed down again.
