I'm having my wife record the game with the press red for ed opt In so when we do beat them and I get home from the G I can watch it in Collingwood bias mode for more giggles.

Fox Footy used to have the option of turning the commentary completely off. Bring that back I say, not this 'team focused (biased)' crap.

Although it will be interesting if we get into an unassailable lead, to flick over to it for some cheap laffs.

I think you will find all remotes for all devices have a mute button.... its not exclusive to foxtel

Agree, its a novelty and nothing more. I would hate to sit and watch the Pies match with all Richmond commentary, it would drive me nuts.

But would love to tape it and watch it later, or better still, if Dimma and the assistant coaches did it after the game and offered it up to us at a reasonable fee i would jump at it.

I have a feeling it has been done before?

If we win, they should get Dimma, Cotch, Lids and a couple of others to do it like a dvd commentary. Would be interesting.

And if we paid an extra $10 per membership to have access to download it would be huge. 60k x $10
Obviously the AFL might have an issue as its their property rights, but if a deal could be done.

But as i said in my early post, im sure its been done before but just cant put my finger on it, or who done it.

That or, in the dvds they put out after we win, or Name A Game or something. I've seen in the Grand Final ones that there is 4 different commentary options. Could do it on that for one or two wins a season.

you could turn off the commentary, but still have crowd noise. kinda a bit different to the mute button.

Since the PIES have ED TV, and commentary tends to favour pies anyway should we request a slightly favourable Tigers commentary on fox because apart from neutrals the majority will be supporting the Tigers because the pies fans will be watching ED TV!!!

Remember nuetrals are usually anti Collingwood anyway!!!!

Also if the normal broadcast on fox, apart from free to air, is slightly Tiger favourable it will be slightly adversary to ED TV and surely create a more interesting colour to the commentary experience
