This game could of been alot closer given the roos got their good start kicked off by disgraceful umpiring, but we were simply outclassed by a better team.

The solution? play 1 on 1 pressure footy similar to collingwood and geelong. Our football department are a bunch of dislexic monkeys, thats if they do not see that this style of gameplay is the best possible way to play the game of AFL. no chipping, flooding, sydney style or any other running off half back will work. It's time to wake up and see how we match up one on one with every club. I noticed today that whenever we challenged the game they would chip the ball and frustrate us, well man on man pressure style footy would of stopped that.

Even though we lost we are still going in the right direction, if you think about it we lost by 40 points or so to a top 4 side when we finished last. All you pussies who are crying fine be pissed off for 30mins or so but move the hell on. Carltank lost to the saints by a similar margin to the amount we won by.

Our run out of defence was ok but but break down badly at half foward ,dont see Polo as a tagger Roo's were good today hats off to them but did like at one stage Lids and Bling in the guts believe should stick with that ,liked Schultz's game stick with kicking to Ritcho when he is double teamed is madness.plenty to work on for next week not the end of the world folks.

Don't over analyse it, the basic problem was we had $%$# all supply into F50 compared to NM. To consistently win games we need another 2 mids of foleys quality. I recall the stats at 1q time being 6 F50 entries, FFS, what sort of chance does that give us...we were smashed in clearances.

TW needs to begin giving a few players opportunities...starting next week with Whitey and then Connors/Edwards...persevere with Polo...first game back in ones, struggled with tempo...he's better than that
