It's probably something not to be proud about :rolleyes: . Maybe just apologise for the rather silly comment, and we can all let it die; that being said you seem to have rubbed a few people up the wrong way.

Actually Jackie Boy, for once, I was going to step in your corner. I got the impression you received a ban for your comments in that thread. If that was case, I was going to say how pethatic it was. Some on these boards maybe need to take life and themselves a little less seriously. IMO nothing is sacred when it comes to having a laugh/taking the p*ss, except maybe Gallipoli.
 
Hi Guys,

I dont particularly care if Outback Jack is banned or not. He has become one of a handfull of people on these boards who I refuse to even acknowledge the crap that they spit out.

The problem is his behaviour leads to people hating crows supporters.

I know all teams have them, some of us sit back and ignore them, others seem to have to respond which just feeds their ego that little bit further.
 
I like Jack, the comment was pretty funny and he usually does have a decent point about whatever. Rock on Jack.

Please start more threads about Jack over here. He's spending way too much time on our board.

Jack's comment was just stupid and offensive.
 
I wonder how many of you have ever visited Port Arthur.......There are plenty of other things in the world to joke about than people getting shot.

Now I'm off back to where I belong. Please keep Jack where he belongs in response.

i didnt find anything wrong with jack's comments - very light hearted and tongue in cheek - i was thinking something similar involving Port players

overall i dont mind jack's comments about anything - there's a lot i disagree with and quite often he is illogical and fails to support his case with rational facts and tends to shoot from the hips too but i think he is improving and eventually we may educate him enough for jack to be able to present a logical argument in support of any of his statements
- and as is the case for all of us - we all have differing opinions on footy issues particularly players but there is no correct answer and its good to get differing opinions, provided of course that there is some attempt to provide a reasoned argument in support

Just on that comment of jack's, it certainly wasn't one of his finest hours, but I'm sure we've all posted comments that we later wish that we never had.

Jack is a cat that dances to a different beat and all you can do is just take him or leave him.

IMO he mostly adds some entertainment value to the Board. Half his comments are definitely just taking the p*ss.

It's the other half that I'm worried about!! :p
