I like Rush's game, he needs to improve his 3 ball but strong 2 guards are hard to find. I read he did an ACL in college, what's his defense/quickness like?

Under. LA, Boston and Cleveland.

Rush is the best wing defender on the team, which isn't saying a great deal but he wasn't just good for a rookie, he was good full stop. Not an athletic freak but good size and smart - when he had that very good run starting at the end of the season he held Wade to 5/24 among a number of very good defensive jobs.
