If you upgrade from Silver to Platinum now, is the difference in price pro-rata based on games already played...and do you have to change seats?

You won't have to change seats if you don't want. Our group paid top dollar for the cheapest seats in the house at AAMI, purely out of love of the club/our particular vantage point.

Just upgraded my two daughters from junior memberships to Club1870 so if and when we move back to Adelaide they will have good seats.

No one tell my wife please.

I just upgraded my 9yo lad to Club1870 from Black Diamond... I didnt realise it was only an extra $50!!!

There cant be many Club 1870 memberships left for sale, so for those thinking about joining... you'd better be quick!!!

The supply and demand drama that we've all dreamed of is actually starting to take place and it is AMAZING!

The supply for the first time in our history is less than the demand and with us now are selling out games fans are being forced to buy memberships to get a ticket, and/or they're having to buy tickets as soon as they come out.

This all bodes amazingly well for us. I never personally thought this could happen for us. Crowds around 5-10k higher at AO were my expectation, but like a dream we're going a good 15k higher at least. Added with our incredible membership it means just limited number of seats are even available when the tix are released.

I would've said last year that we may find an initial upsurge before the shine wears off, but right now given the supply and demand is driving our sales so heavily I actually am confident we can sustain this momentum for the majority of the year and definitely into membership sales for next year, and if we can continue to drive this demand creating under supply then we will be set long term.

The only thing I don't like about that is membership queues. There may well be very few full 11 game memberships left to sell next year. Let's hope we don't get to the point of waiting lists and people holding onto tickets they hardly use like happened at stages with West Coast and the other mob here.

Fortunately with the team playing well and the new city location no shows shouldn't be too much of a problem. Would be nice for the club to be able to set up a simple system for ticket sharing or reselling if the ticket isn't going to be used.

There are 4 categories ahead of you with 'Grand Final ticket guarantee' whereas you then get 'Grand Final priority' after that.

As I said, hopefully that'll be enough. My mate and myself got GF tickets in 2007 on the Monday of the GF with his silver season tickets.
Also the way the GF ticket prices are priced now it doesn't make it very affordable for your average Joe.

How the **** does Baby Membership - no game access - get sold out?

I know right.

They ran out of blankets and teddys and shit I guess.

My 4 your old is Planet Teal or whatever and I had to sign little Tess up as a junior member because the baby memberships had sold out 4 weeks ago...

And then I woke up this morning and thought **** it I'll upgrade them both to Club1870 (toofiddyeach) and then hopefully by the time I get to Arizona er Adelaide we'll all be together. Except my wife who likes peptide abusers.

My boss signed up as a Port Adelaide FC member today.

He said if you blokes get to 50k I'll join and he kept his word.

Deal is if Parramatta RLFC get to 20k members I return the favour.....

Safe as houses Dingle old boy, safe as houses.

Eh?

Chelsea yeah but the Arse have always been around.

Not like they are now. If you go to Etihad Stadium it is nothing like Highbury. It's full of corporate types rubbing shoulders and glowing in their smugness that they have 1200 pound season tickets and real Arsenal supporters don't. When I went as a guest of a friend (with said corporate tickets), the visiting West Ham supporters were louder and they were outnumbered 50 to 1.

hehe sounds exactly like my house, wife grew up as a westies supporter living in richmond and the oval round the corner, so her logical choice in her ummmm,,,,,,,,, head was to barrack for essendon (think its just to piss me off). Where all the kids go and have port memberships seeing our family ties to PAFC

Only because the Library was too small. That's the change for the whole premier league, not just Arse.
Library was always quiet, hence the name.

Didnt think the baby memberships had a limit either, guess I'll have to get in early for next years baby membership, hopefully that'll include 2014 premiers stitched on the blanket ;)
I saw that too, how does a baby membership that just provides "a Power dinner set, a certificate from the club and a placemat" run out..Its not like it provides seats to games.
