There was an army of red-shirted assistants. Thought their presence made us look more professional in keeping the session flowing.

Ramm an absentee by the looks of it.

Bit of talent not involved yet (Lukosius, JHF, Wines, Moss, Ramm, Walsh, SPP).

A lot of the guys don't look to have put on size which surprises me. Sinn must be following the Burgoyne diet as house-mates. His legs look skinny and he hasn't filled out despite his broad shoulders. Marshall looks chunkier but not necessarily more muscular. Maybe it doesn't matter. The most impressively built from what I can see are Visentini, Sweet, Ratugolea, BZT, Moss, Durdin, Mead, Jones, Cochrane, Lai and Bergman. Most of the other players don't look as strongly built for their positions as I would hope.

Definitely thicker through the body.

It always surprises me that players do not follow through with a straight leg when kicking. You'd think they would work on flexibility.

I can't think of another sport where players kick with a bent leg. I wonder if that affects the amount of power you can generate.

Jones looks like a beast

Whitlock is developing well. Imagine if he came under Hinkley system 3 years ago. He would probably still look like year 1

Durdin looks very strong through the hips & core, he’s going to be a great pick up for us.

Bergman has come back in incredible shape, what an asset he will be if he can manage to play as a mid for most of the year.

I get a tingling sensation down below at the thought of our backline if both Ramm & Moss can come on. They’re potentially a Premiership key position duo.

The club saw what i was doing back in the days of Choco and decided to do it them selves. You could say i was the founder of PAFC photos to go online. Before me there was only the media (AFL, Advertiser, Fox Footy) doing it.
