Listening to Kouta's comments the last couple of days.

Why would he consider playing next year if he or the players didn't like Pagan.

Why would Kouta go and have a chat with Pagan about maybe playing next year if he didn't feel Pagan would be there.

I actually feel that there are players who don't understand Denis too well. I believe that the senior players must go to Denis and work harder to understnad him. Denis also needs to work harder on being understood. He has a great footy wisdom but is light years behind the Eade's, Roos',etc for calmness and self belief imo.He is letting the situation at Carlton and the new trends defeat him.

He is however a superior footy brain to even the best of communicator coaches. However if the communication does not improve then Carlton and Denis will never be a happy marriage.

Don't see how what I said was slanderous.

Kouta spoke on SEN and did say he's 50/50 in playing next year and that he has spoken to Pagan about it. If I can't take Kouta's comments on face value then shoot me.

Where did I say Pagan said he was leaving?? I actually implied he would be there, because I don't think Kouta would go and talk to his coach about next year if that coach would not be coach next year.

But having said that Id like to point out NOWHERE in this post did I even HINT at surpressing peoples right to their opinion. In fact your post has completely misrepresented my comments and subsequently reeks of hypocracy. Further to this I have been askig people to stop misrepresnting their opinions as fact as has now been done three times in this thread, four including your erroneous contribution regarding my comments.

And finally RICHii it appears you have missed a lot more than the part where words have to be spelt correctly, as in fact yes they do. Further I have actually defended people (Pagan and Kouta) from people such as you who misrepresent what they have said for your own vainglorioius purposes. It is you who belittled Kouta AND Pagan by suggesting Kouta had said that carlton would be better off without Pagan as captain. So if the reason you feel put is becuase you cant spell, then simple go to school and pay attention. Again nowhere here have I mentioned that I am better than anyone else so if this is in fact some self projection of inadequacy derived through comprehension problems again I would urge you to be attentive in your education.

I love how Sheean seems to attempt to imply (without implying) that Silvagni is going to become an assistant coach at the Blues.

What is the issue?? Our board like every other board is reviewing the assistant coaches. OMG shock horror, I'd think all clubs would review assistant positions come end of year.

Annoying how media is constantly making our club look like it's going to self implode.

The title for itself makes it seem the Board is after Pagan's head whereas the article is talking more about his assistants.

Lets get ready for all posters from other clubs to start sinking their teeth in.

Don't worry if a person doesn't realise this is an open forum for debate and feels his opinions rate higher than everyone elses than that person is the one that needs to take a closer look at themselves.

You really seem to be in an angry mood today. Speaking for myself you have no idea at all who or what I know. Some commnets are based on what I feel others based on what I know. Having said this I do not feel any need to quote people I have spoken when commenting on this forum.

Once again who are you to be so 100% sure of everything you write? You seem to be compeditive with anyone who writes something that you don't agree with.

My belief is that some of the players fear him and as such don't take in what he is trying to get across. I believe Denis has a great deal of passion for Carlton but projects alot of stress onto his players.

I believe he puts them under a dependancy pressure. It is like a parent who is wanting validation through how his kids act. Whilst the parent may love his kids the pressure he puts on them to perform in a certain way forces the kids to freeze or react negativly.

Carlton plays without much instinct and freedom. They are a very nervous side. Perhaps this is what Kout'a bother is referring to. If it is then I believe the answer is not to get rid of Denis but for the players to communicate with him about the way they are feeling about him.
