Seriously you can't reason with Carlton supporters on here. I dont understand...most carlton supporters i know in real life are reasonable and knowledgable about the state of their playing list with respect to other playing lists.
Carlton supporters on here actually use the fact that we were more experienced, fitter and better coached as an excuse for losing. I would have thought that just says we are a better team and were always bound to win. But you would never have known before the match...I dont think a single carlton supporter was tipping a close game, let alone a win to us. Yet they come on here, after copping a pretty comprehensive loss, and tell us there were factors which meant they were going to lose all along. YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS YOU TOOLHEADS! Either you talk your team up before the game and cop the consequences or you go in with measured expectations and then, and only then, can you bring up the excuses.

It's worse than that. Carlton and Richmond could conceivably win 4 games each, the Dees could win zero games and it would go something like this:
1. Carlton/Richmond (depending on percentage)
2. Carlton/Richmond
3. Melbourne
4. Carlton/Richmond
5. Carlton/Richmond
19. Melbourne
20. Melbourne
Melbourne could not win a game and end up with only Pick 3. Surely this would be the end of the priority pick system if it happened.
Obviously both Carlton and Richmond supporters would be hoping we are not in a position for this to happen.
