Pav engaged?

Just heard on 6PR (I know its crap but tv is worse at this time of night) that Pav has announced his engagement to his long time partner....if true one could suggest he is a Docker for life. Congrats to Pav and partner if true.

On another tangent, another website devoted to Freo is suggesting that Lloyd is being courted by Harvs as a forwards coach. If he doesn't play on, it is not the strangest thing I have heard considering the Essendon connection with Harvs and that Brad Lloyd is heading up our recruiting.

And if 1 team says they want him at pick 5 we then have to use our earliest draft pick after that to get the player.

It's not unusual for partners to dislike the footy club their significant other plays for. They're privy to the goings on that we're not.

FWIW: I always thought they were married. Learn something new every day.

I don't know actually, I never thought about asking her. Nothing serious but as you could expect there are always small things that would annoy you from time-to-time and it would be wise of the club to review how significant others feel about the club in general.

Examples Josh Carr (win for us in hindsight) and Tarant (rumour) are examples where non-football decisions have sigificantly influenced a player and I am sure there are more linked to partners. Luckily, given it sounds like Pav is here to stay then we do not have to worry about it
