ROG keyboard entering multiple characters after a single key press. Looking at Reddit, seems like it's a hardware issue so looking to replace it.

Thinking of getting the Razer Pro Type, anyone heard of it?

How much more parts do you need?

N00b question but I am new to it so..

I'm trying to install the mobo in the corsair 110r, am I right in assuming those 9 elevated bits are the pre-installed standoffs? And if so, why do I have a single standoff included with the other screws they supplied? Where would that go or is it just a spare?

Usually they are spared.

ATX motherboards have 9 screws.

Good luck mate! If I can cobble something that manages to turn on, anyone can.

Hope it all turns out well.

Unfortunately it is not going well. Got the no-signal/connection message on the tv and saw the dram yellow light on the mobo. I'm using a single 16gb stick and have tried it in all the slots but to no avail.

Try disabling XMPP in BIOS.

Your motherboard is failing to train the memory on boot.

I know on some X570 boards you have to change some settings from Auto or it will not work with XMPP enabled.

I can't get into bios because I can't get an image display at all.

I do suspect it's an un-updated bios though. And mine doesn't support flashback so I am pretty much screwed and will have to take it somewhere for an old cpu to resolve it.

Which motherboard/CPU is it?

HUB are doing a live stream build at the moment.

I actually saw a bit of that live and they were having quite a bit of trouble.

Was good to see when things don't go smoothly even for experts.

That sucks - do you have another stick of RAM to try?

Negative. The odds of it being ram must be extremely small though right? Haven't used it before and Vipers are well rated and hardy. I have contacted someone local to me for some help.

Everything else was lit up, working and spinning so this one thing is pretty demoralizing. It's like losing a game of footy on the last kick :drunk:

I really can't stand to watch them any more unless I'm scrubbing through for graphs on new products.

The graphs are the most important bit, and tbh I find the whole "You're too stupid to understand the graphs without us talking about them" really condescending.

There is a reason that neither of them has an easily searchable chart/graph on their website.

Asus TUF X570 plus motherboard is stuck on orange dram light. This may help... if you can get your hands on another ryzen chip.

"You're too stupid to understand any of this without us" is their attitude in general on most things. Steve carries on like an absolute stuff wit on twitter.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks so.

I'm get where you're coming from.

What they do well is thorough hardware analysis especially many products at once.

The graphs for that stuff are great!
