I have downloaded this program but I'm just wondering whether I should have it on all the time. I only want it to stop people snooping on what torrents I download, could I just turn it on while I'm doing that or does it need to be on 24/7?

The gummyment and orgs like AFACT/ and the american artists thingy that send you nasty letters, which I've never got because I don't download that many illegal stuff. Also helps protects advertisement agencies collecting data.

I use PeerGuardian, but have uTorrent's IP filter activated just incase I forget

Does anyone know if Azureus has an IP filter?

Azuerus does but you only need the one

Does the program stop your IP provider from sending you the letters in the mail they started sending in the UK ?
