Pendles has been amazing this year, but he has been more amazing in previous years and thoroughly deserves his spot.
Has had huge impact in so many games and #2 ranked player behind Ablett by champion data.

By his extremely high standards I thought he was a bit under that. That's all. Happy he made it in though.

he will be just as good at 32. got no pace, cant really mark,not the greatest kick, just got class, brains and best decision maker ive ever seen. Our greatest player ever IMO

The funniest one i read was "He got destroyed by Dayne Zorko"(or something like that) when he didnt even play against Brisbane this year! Hahah.

Even more mystifying is the fact most the media kept him out of their teams due to his year not being better than his previous, yet he was easily a top 5 mid....

I was reading that since 1982 (when a form of the best team in Australia was created) Roos, Platten and Bradley, Kernahan and Madden hold the record with 9 AA nominations - I can see Pendlebury reaching nine with continued fortunes with injuries

N.b Ablett has 8 - will most likely get more

Thank **** the AA panel didn't listen too much to the media, who were out to make their teams "different" and "new" by playing people like Heppell over actual guns like Pendles, because they're more "exciting" and they can go on about "13 new AA players".

The AA panel was having a wankfest over Selwood tonight. Was making me sick. Makes me even more sick that he is AA Captain. Leading by example by ducking and playing for free kicks.

Also if any other player missed as many games as Ablett did they wouldn't have been in the side let alone named as rover ffs.
