78th minute....Australia leads 1-0 in a tense game...when all of a sudden Peter Hore surges onto the field....bringing down the net and ripping a corner flag out.

Purely hypothetical....but in all seriousness...what would happen if this occured? I would fear for my safety...as there may very well be a riot. I know it would take 2 people to stop me running on the field myself and beating the living tripe out of him.

I really hope the security is beefed up for the match and he doesn't get into the ground.

Don't think we have anything to worry about, Goalden Hawk. He was being held in a psychiatric ward in Brisbane and facing court charges last I heard, and hopefully not getting out for a while. The w@nker.

I know Graham Arnold (who was also critical of Vegetables after the game) came on for a defender once Iran had equalised. But who were the others?

I think Graham Arnold and Ernie Tapai came on as subs, for Moore who was injured and another player...this is testing my memory a bit.
