I was disappointed to not get Collins but because Im also a Doggies member Im over the moon for you guys.
The only query was pace but if you think Ben Rutton he's not quick but has done really well. He did really well in the clean hands test before the draft
Good luck
Tested in the 14s for beep test. Adams tested at 2.88 for the 20m, so if anyone gets off the chain and Adams is on the field, can switch things around. For the life of me, i can't find what Collins tested at for the 20m at the combine. Curious to know, any ideas Wizard17?

5m 1.10,
10m 1.85
20m 3.09

Not too bad, it could do with some improvement though.

Other results

Agility 8.62
Repeat sprints 25.75
Beep test 14.2
Leap testing wasn't great apparently

Who's presenting his jumper? I think it's 32? Surely not Talia, maybe Craig Ellis?

Loved Craig Ellis. Not the longest or most prestigious career but he was a good player for us in his day.

Little remembered fact but in Craig's draft year (pick 47), Essendon used pick 12 to redraft Tim Watson - a 31 year old mid who had taken the previous year off to mentally refresh..... :D

O how things have changed.....

Do we actually know that he's getting a game? Wouldn't be surprised to see Minson come in to ruck and Roughead fill in in defence against some taller Giants timber. Stephens can easily play the Moyd role.

He's named on the field, not the extended bench. He's playing

Does that guarantee it at our club though? Plenty other sides have debutants named on field but don't make the final Friday cut...
Bulldogs web site has a little piece about Collins making his debut. Highly unlikely they'll squib it - in his short time at the club Bev has shown a readiness to chuck first-gamers in the deep end, even against strong opponents. If you're ready, you're ready.

Really looking forward to seeing Kieran out there this weekend. Go Dogs.
Me too. Of all our 2015 draftees, KC was the one that excited me most. It's been so long since we recruited a quality genuine KPD. We've had to make do with jacks of all trades like Wood and Morris or makeshift KPDs like Roughead or recycled players like Hamling. But KC was touted as a likely top 20 selection as a true KPD. I was rapt that he dropped all the way to #26.

As it turned out Marcus Adams was a huge bonus, but regardless of what Adams does I reckon KC should be a 10 year multi-premiership KPD for us.

Congrats on earning your jumper, Dad. And welcome to the Golden Era of the Bulldogs.
