I just really wouldn't put any stock in leadership especially for a small forward, wouldn't even be top 10 for traits. In fact I'd almost go the opposite I'd rather my small forward be selfish, a bit maverick and a bit of campaigner ain't bad aswell. Really don't want the player you want to be the most selfish on the field trying to lead by example
