Kennedy or Ryder are pick 4 now. Depends who Hawthorn take. We take the other 1 in my opinion.

Ryder at just under 196 and still likely to grow more is at worst a pinch hitting ruckman and a very big and mobile KPP if he can play there.

I think Hurn would have dropped down the order now.

Top 5 has to be

Murphy
Ellis
Ryder/Kennedy/Clark
Hurn

Let the other teams have pick 7 plus and take chances on the others.
Murphy and 1 tall does me fine.

Yeah I think Kennedy or Ryder at 4. Why have you changed your mind on Hurn all of a sudden? Any heights for Spangher, Lucy, Bower, etc?

Does anyone know if Ryder has played CHF or CHB at all. Or is he projected as being a ruckman 1st... Mobile pinch hitter at CHB/CHF 2nd?

If he's going to be primarily a 195cm ruckman, I'd prefer Kennedy, becasue he is actually touted more as a versatile KPP. Or even Clarke

If you read any of my posts on here about the draft which I am sure you have then I said I was waiting on draft camp results.

Ryder was 194cms. Now he is 196cms and probably still growing as he is the youngest of the top KPP prospects.

Kennedy who was 193cms is now 195cms.

I said I would prefer Hurn at that stage. Now these 2 have grown significantly then things have changed now.
Hurn is not at draft camp and so I am going to assume that he is still 188cms tall. HBF and possible midiflileder.

Ryder at the height he is now and being athletic and having a good leap and still 17 is a bigger vesion of Adam Goodes. Might struggle to ruck at boundary throw ins but at the centre bounce and around the ground will be able to do the job and develop as a KPP.

Kennedy is now a huge man which is exactly what we need. 195cms and 92 kgs and 18 years old. Playing CHF at senior level. Contested marking. He wont be a Livo, Goddard type who will lose there speed and agility as he builds up from weights as he is already big.

Since we are taking Murphy I would prefer a tall with pick 4. Ryder or Kennedy will play straight away and develop nicely.
The decision will be made for us as Hawhtorn I think will take 1 of them.
We will take the other.

Pat Ryder would be sensational at 4.

I'd do cartwheels if we got Ryder at 4.

Lance does alright at Boundary throw-ins and I'm sure we could get someone to do it in the front half as well.
