Almost the opposite on the other side, Washington are the only side guaranteed to miss, though you can pretty much give tickets to the first 7 (except NJ?) and raffle the 8th. The divisional winners are already pretty clear cut though.

Too deep and too good a coach to miss.

Injuries will decide it I think.

If Roy goes down, Portland are out. If Dirk goes down, Dallas are out. If CP3 goes down, NO are out.

If they all stay healthy though, Dallas is my pick to miss. They'll still win 45+ games, but it might not be enough.
