I've heard lots of murmurs from our board and other boards about the affectivity of Plugger in getting our players to straighten up and kick straight. The problem I see is not Plugger, it is getting the players to change, natural or learned, bad habits.

It takes time to change the habits players have developed over a long period of time. By next year the players will be far better for his expertise
