I'm American, so at least at the moment it's not a problem when I go back on visits.
What I am worried about is if I ever get the opportunity to go to Aus. I have nightmares of coming up to the immigration window, they look at my BF posting on the Cats board, and the officer is a Tigger fan. :eekv1:

Although I don't have evidence, I'd bet my house govt is definitely looking at bolstering other relationships and not just as a back up, in fact this has been stated publicly (like Indonesia for instance)

Pretty much the same as almost all Billionaires. Either they got money off Daddy, had a business passed on to them, stole someone elses ideas, many accused of worker exploitation, or they got government handouts funded by the tax payer. Rarely are they "self made".

It's a golden oldies, but worth repeating. The US strategic oil reserves, and the unutterable catastrophe that was created when Biden emptied them (he didn't), and how important it was to elect a president like Trump to fill it again (he hasn't, and isn't trying).

It has kept gasoline prices low in 2025, which was one of Ṯrump's promises.


At less than $3 a gallon, that's the lowest it's been in 4-5 years.
