How are they exactly the same and first you need to prove that SANFL has 51%owneship of our license. When someone says "jointly, i reckon its 50-50. I am far from conceding, either show me the link or please dont claim anything.I have emailed the club and i can pm you the email if you want to. Thats enough for me, i have first hand proof.

Answer the ‘trial game question’ and then ask yourself why are pre season games only played at AAMI stadium and not at Alberton and who has the controlling interest on the PAFC board.

Surly the PAFC board would want a pre season game at Alberton? Would they not

Maybe they have an agreement with the SANFL? Well i do not know the reason, why is that you believe that we have to play at Alberton Oval to suggest otherwise?

And why would they sign this agreement?

To continue to grow the historical and cultural aspects of your club surrounding the name ‘Power’. FFS one pre season trial game a year isn’t that much to ask.

Richmond FC plays trial games at Punt Road, St Kilda FC play trial at Moorabbin, Collingwood FC at Victoria Park.

Again, you are mere speculating on stuff, on what "might be" the reason. Like i said..if we are indeed owned by the SANFL, the link wont be too hard to find is it? like i can find adelaides link.

in your clubs history page it says

"to be formed, owned and managed by the SANFL"..

if comprehension is not your strength, you can still make out what that means.

That doesn’t mean a thing and doesn’t change the facts, all that it means is that your club choices not to say that.

Show me where it says on http://portadelaidefc.com.au/ that it is 100% owned by the Port Adelaide Football Club.

You are the one claiming AFC and PAFC are exactly the same.So show me where it says we are owned by the SANFL. :thumbsu: ,if SANFL indeed owns PAFC,there would be some mention about it in the website, dont you think????????????????????

Continually avoiding the question doesn’t change any of the facts. And continually turning the question around doesn’t mean you are right either.

No - sorry rory.

The Port Adelaide Football Club has distributed its Annual Report to club members, which reveals a consolidated profit for 2006 of $326,036 prior to paying its sub-licence distribution to the SANFL

Boulton said the club was pleased to contribute $320,000 to the SANFL as a sub-licence distribution, in addition to the significant funds the SANFL earned through corporate boxes, SANFL memberships, catering, ground signage and car parking during the season.

So how do you compare them? if you want to compare AC Milan with Manchester United, how can you compare them? you will look at the number of titles they have won in their respective leagues and compare their strengths right? its the same here.

No not really you compare them by the number of times they would have met in all the European Cups as thats the only time they would play each other.

The advantage we have is that we can actually compare performance in the same league. And I believe you know the outcome:

2>1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With a 6 year headstart, more concessions and took advantage of a crap finals system.

Ok forget the 6 year headstart, lets compare what we have each achieved in our time in the comp.

Pick our first 10 years each:

Score: 2:1

More Concessions? We had 3 months to form a club hence we didnt have the advantage of spending 3 years identifying talent and paying them not to nominate for the draft. Imagine your "history" without Tredrea, Lade and Wilson!

Crap final system?

The Crows in 97 were the 1st team in history to win 4 finals to win the GF.
The Crows in 98 travelled to Melbourne, Sydney, Melbourne and Melbourne again. No home finals, and yes we did lose to Melbourne but if we had the current finals system we would not have even played Melbourne, we would have had a home final.

Now what other excuses do you wnat to nominate?

I suggest you try to keep your dignety and give up.

Exactly, but of course Port supporters fail to recognise this.

There's nothing like only telling half the story to get your point across.

That finals performance in '98 was a phenomenal effort, and I can somewhat understand the jealousy Port supporters have towards it.

If you want to take credit for winning a premiership after losing by 10 goals in a final go ahead. I'd be a little ashamed myself.
