i saw this in the sunday mail, with a picture of shultz as a green alien. im probably showing my inner nerd here but should someone tell those dunces in pr that battlestar galactica doesnt have any aliens ( especially green ones??).

ive always said marketing is the biggest bunch of self-aggrandising tossers ever. just assume that it is battlestar, that must be about aliens!! and there bound to be green!!!

lol i know maybe making something out of what is meaningless to most people but surely 2 seconds of research ( ffs we have google now!) could have resulted in a more accurate title/ theme.

before the let down of seeing shultz looking like capt kirks one night stand i was hoping of a night with genuine tension, suspense and maybe a robot enemy ( neil craig?).

I've been laughing at these promos since they first started emailing them to me. Ghey with a capital H.

Actually the Ovions in the original BSG were Green Aliens.

The original has it's place. Some of it is OK. Battlestar 1980 on the other hand Peeewwww! Super Scouts? Give me a break.

Glen Larson has just confirmed he is remaking the original into a movie for release in 2012/13.

At $175 per ticket, plus Silent Auctions and Major Auction, these Gala fundraisers have been and are the major money spinners for the Magpies and Power for Decades.

I'm a BIG sci-fi fan but I'm not entirely convinced about the theme. Doesn't mean it wont be successful!
