Port don't have a hangover, they are still swimming in alcohol. What a lack of passion. No premierships this year. Geelong wanted it so much more in the last qtr and deserved to win. Not that the Cats were great themselves but lifted when it counted. But what was the umpire doing with that non-Tredrea free kick. My God!!!!!!! No idiot in their right mind could have missed it!! Surely the time comes when the umpires can be criticised, they get paid well enough to do their job. If I didn't do my job properly I'd cop it, like anyone else, why shouldn't they.

Just on that last non-decision to Tredrea, can we get it into perspective - it occurred on the 50 metre line therefore it would have need a kick of 55-60 metres and I don't know that many players that can kick that far from a set mark, on the run yes but from a set mark no.

Port have had the wood on Freo, Adelaide, Carlton and Geelong (with 3 of them at AAMI) and they have only a draw to show for it. My bet is this side will not contest the GF and defend its title.

The arrogance is unbelievable. Everytime the scores were close it was 'we'd be smashing them if we were playing well', then when Geelong got a goal or two up it was 'ah, we're playing like rubbish and losing it ourselves'.
