Yeah you're spot on here. If we could have actually gotten the ACT govt to embrace the concept of work hubs for territory public servants (ten years ago, long before COVID etc), this would have been working perfectly. Unfortunately, too, most federal govt agencies forced their staff back to the office, so traffic is still a thing here, despite the fact it shouldn't be.The hub design is the best bit, reduces traffic heaps because you can get everything you need in your own little hub. Works brilliantly.
Meanwhile Adelaide has 30 years of south road works to upgrade the goat track that 400k people try to get into the city on every day
