Well pick 11 will not get us a good Tall Forward or Backmen,the Michael Hurley types will be gone.The only good thing we might get Luke Tapscott before Adelaide unless Port Adelaide get him.He is suppose to have abilility of a Leigh Matthews i heard and is like a Daniel Rich.

We should trade Yarran for Eagles first pick if he wants out might get a tall defender/forward with their pick.

As all clubs do , other than your rabble who trades high picks for gumboots that are past their prime . A clubs 1st pick is very important to get right .


There are reasons why our club and others passed on D Rich. Yarran needs time and will be good over the next couple of years.

Wait why is this thread filled with "lol draft pick" comments? Clearly when you are out of contention for finals or knocked out that's what you look to conventrate on?

It's kind an important part of building a side and drafting better playes will help to make the side better. I don't know if Richmond have learnt that yet but finals sides still get draft picks. Geelong have drafted Taylor to help win them a premiership whilst the Hawks got Rioli to fill a hole they had. Hope Carlton can do the same whilst still looking long term...
