Yeah, i think he'll get a similar price to Chapman of this year (around the 400k)
i'd only consider Mitchell if he remains a forward though

Agreed, I expect he'll play most weeks unless injured, possibly every week.

Starting both is asking for disaster. The injury history of the pair is crazy.

Pick one in my opinion and go with a sure thing as other ruck and pay a bit extra.

Might be hard for him to get enough ball with Beams, Rocky, Hanley, Christensen and the rest in the same midfield. Worth keeping an eye on over pre-season, along with fellow Jack's Steven and Martin.

someone from Port Adelaide would be Sam Colquhoun. If he can squeeze his way into the 22 he'll be dirt cheap after not playing at all in 2014, was burning up the SANFL when he done his knee. Half his scores were Sub effected in 2013 and still had good averages stats wise.

Returned to training during the week and came 2nd in the 3km time trial to Tom Clurey suggesting he's in good shape.

I did see he averaged 104 from 4 SANFL games though from that list that was put up. Has he bulked up? Just can't see him playing midfield/wing with that slight frame of his with Polec already ahead of him. Would he playing HB effect his output?

He'll either play half back, or back pocket possibly in the pre season.

Does anyone know if the AFL have officially canned the SUB rule for next season yet?. I remember reading an article earlier this year they were considering going with 80 interchanges and removing the sub rule for 2015. If this happens I can def see him squeezing into the 22 at some stage this season. Weather or not he starts depends on pre season form.

As the thread heading suggests, he's def a 'Potential Bargain'.
