3. Hurn - very reliable, doesn't make many mistakes
2. Selwood - hard at it and used it pretty well overall

By the way, it was Scooter late last year who I thought would try some Judd like runs.
Today he showed extra offensive run and style. Still along way away to do a real Judd like run, but he is always getting better with taking on defenders.

Schofields runs are now an Eagles feature

5.Scooter - Will be a star by years end.

4.Nic Nat - Thought he was very important, did a lot of good things and his tank seems to have grown a lot.

3.Kennedy - 7 goals, no preseason, superstar.

2.Priddis - Clearances and contested possessions all day in a very poor midfield performance.

1.Hill - Best thing we could have hoped for to replace lecras.

HM - Schofield, was very good

No love for Hurn so far?

Thought he was brilliant in the back half. Very composed, doesn't fall over, doesn't give the ball back. Was the most assured in a back six that looked a bit skittish at times.

5. Kennedy - Easy decision.
4. Scooter - Thought he was the pick of the midfielders today. Showing signs he can step up to become an 'A' grader.
3. Schofield - Great game. His willingness to take the game on opens up goal scoring opportunities.
2. Naitanui - I thought he was masterful in the center square. I'ld like to know his hitout to advantage %. He also creates goals with the force of his momentum in stoppages. Just a beast on the inside.
1. Priddis - Led us through the 3rd quarter push. He still made a couple of mistakes trying to do too much but he just gets too many clearances to ignore. A workhorse.

I'm with you Ian, I had Hurn in my top few for most of the game. Rosa for mine only gets the one, I felt like he should have contributed more over the spread of the game rather than just when we were dominating. Still played well, just thought the others were better.
