Problems with new options

This is the only board where I can use the new options that have been added to bigfooty. On all of the other boards, the smilies board,size, font, colour, post a poll and all of the other things are not their when I try to post a new thread. The only thing that is their is the spell check. This has only started tonight.

Why would this be happening

Have you tried going into USER CP, then EDIT OPTIONS & clicking YES in the OTHER OPTIONS, if not that should work.
