Problems with tickets bought Monday

If you bought a ticket from Bass on Monday over the net and used the print at home option, apparently they had a lot of problems. Our tickets didn't look right and it ended up being just a confirmation payment receipt and not proper tickets. So if you have this problem also, better ring Bass and make sure its valid and doesn't cause hassles at the gate.
