firstly- mcgrath did a good job when he went on franklin

secondly-
carlton list = too many players who are not good enough for afl but too good for vfl.
bullants list = too many players who are too good for vfl but not good enough for afl.

thirdly- our problems, well where do you start, here are just a few that i see as major but can easily be rectified.

goalkicking- we keep missing set shots from inside 50 (fisher, fevlola, bryan, french, bryan) all missed shots they should have got.

chasing- too many players don't want to chase their man. on sunday russell was busting a gut to chase walkers man along the win, while walker was jogging about 20 meters behind (that changed in the last 1/4 when walker chased crawford) why doesn't it happen for 4 quarters rather than just for 1 or 2 quarters.

tackling- or should that be missed tackles, we don't make our tackles stick, we get to the man, we lay a tackle, we ket him break the tackle, meanwhile he runs away with the ball nad we are left lying on the ground.
waite runs his behind off to make a tackle, but all he does is run past the player.

running- we simply don't run hard enough, teams runs us off our feet and when we do run many time we run to the wrong places.

vision- we get the ball out of the backline, we start running and then we look sideways or to go to the flanks. players need to play corridoor football for the majority of the time. this problem come from poor vision, poor presenting, lack of 2nd and 3rd options (leads) by FWD's
