My Personal View
To be honest i can't see Tex getting much of a game this year unless we have another bad run of injuries (touch wood). For my sake i hope he does get a game to make this player support program more interesting but i hope he doesn't for the teams sake as he is not in our best 22. Looks like i will be on the Williamstown site a fair bit this year checking up on how he is going and then giving a report to back to all you guys as to how he is travelling :thumbsu:

Considering the PSD encourages rivalries :p - I will be the first to come out and say Text is a piece of poo, more of a piece of poo than Cam Cloke

wait, you pretty much said he was crap anyway :p

Go Heater! ;)

Tristen Walker is to Collingwood what Mark Bolton is to Essendon.
I think Sheeds and Mick should trade one for the other, I mean they've both got nothing to lose really....

There's alot of downside to Walker but me being a die hard pie supporter i only focus on the good side
geez 4 years at Collingwood doesnt feel that long.

Like Mick, I am giving Walker one more year to prove himself. Collingwood supporters jump off the bandwagon too easily, give him time! Mick takes some blame, because he doesn't allow Walker to develop in one position.

I'm a Tex fan. He may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but he's big, strong, quick and keen.

I vote to stick at CHB and play him on the opposition's power forward each week. he's fast enough to go on the lead with most and strong enough to hold his ground and spoil against the rest.

I liked the look of him as a leading forward in a couple of previous games (1 against the dogs i think) but we have enough forwards.

I really hope the kid makes it. Given regular opportunity and a stable role, I think he can.

He is strong and he is fast and a is tall, he is also pretty agile . Whats the problem then??? I think I figured it out. Not all athletes know how to play football.

He is a terrible mark , does not know where to run and when he plays in the forward line all he managers to do is get in the the way of other players.

Maybe(a very slim maybe) they can teach him to stick to his man and punch from behind. If he is smart he would model his game on presti. Presti is as smart as any player in the comp because he knows what he can and cannot do. Tex should stick to his limitations as a footballer and be a tight checking and punching defender, because he is quick enough and strong enough to play this role

I for one have never jumped off his bandwagon because I have never been on it.
