1. Competition Basics
1.1 The competition is in $1 E-W format. For every horse you select, you have a buck each way on it. The winner is the poster with the highest accumulated total. The cost of bets is not taken into account. Victorian TAB is used to calculate the winnings.
1.2 Races for the competition shall be chosen at the discretion of yours truly, although suggestions are always welcome. 6 races will be chosen per week.
1.3 The competition shall run from Liston Stakes until Emirates Stakes day. You are welcome to join after that, but you shall start from $0.
2. Selecting horses
2.1 Tips shall be submitted on this thread, for the first week. After this week, a thread shall be created for each week of the competition.
2.2 If tips aren't submitted, you cannot win anything.
2.3 Tips must be submitted before the first race of the day. If your tips are posted or edited after this, they shall not count for any race.
2.4 If your selected horse is scratched, you shall have the tote favourite substituted in. If equal favourites (I know it's unlikely), the one with the lower number (e.g if 7 & 2 were equal favs, you would get 2).

3.1 For simplicity's sake, please write the name of the race next to your horse
