Murphy2bedabest and bushranger were not considered for selection due to inexperience. Both have played one game each for their clubs in their careers, this will not stand them in stead to play solid cricket for us.

Kapow and CR7 have the weakest batsman statistics of the batsmen in the squad, but they have previous performances up their sleeves and experience at the top level.

The squad selected reflects the balance that we will require to take this out again.

I don't wish to have my arse kissed if you have been selected, just jump in and get into the Origin experience.

It's an honour to be picked alongside such a who's who of BFFC, to take the field alongside stmookeyj & Total Power will get me fully pumped.

Good to see hungry blokes like Browny & Armageddon with things to prove in the squad too.

But can a squad containing me, Brilliant Pies & F/D avoid self destruction?


Also can the Allies contingent be stopped from forming a bullying clique of p*** drinking big mouths?

And how did Stammy make the cut?

I will pick the best 11 on the balance that I think will win us the match, not on who's ego needs to be fed or who thinks they are above everyone else.

Having said that, we have a wealth of bowling options and I envisage that anyone whinging about selection in the first game will struggle to find their way into the team for the second game.
