Just thought I would be a sheep and put up a thread for the Mighty QLD SoO team:thumbsu:

Here all us QLDers can post on team subjects...

I think we should all do a player profile..of ourselves, that way there can be no Bias.


Player: The Dice Man
Club: The Whitsunday Crocodiles
Age: Between 25-35
Location: Gold Coast
Test Wickets & Avg in 06: 28 @ 28
Test Batting runs & Avg: 64 @ 12.8


The Dice Man is a superfast Right Arm Paceman in the mould of D.K.Lillie who burst onto the scene in the 06 season and was the early leading wicket taker in the one-day form of the game, but after suffering from an unknown allergy for 2 weeks, lost some form. Seems to be back and healthy now as his 8 wickets in the Crocs recent powerful win over the Gumbies suggests.

Hopes for SoO: 'Just glad to be in the squad at this stage and being surrounded and learning from such a quality group of experienced players. If I can crack it into this squad, I know I'll have to be at my very best to perform at this level, but I have my eyes on an International prize too so motivation isnt a worry.'

Thoughts on the opposition: 'What opposition? We have no serious opposition!'

We may have one more HUGE signing before the official squad is wholey finalised, but aside from that one signing, what we have above is pretty much the squad set to attack this competition.
