Sim Qooty Version 9.3 released

One error already detected is that it actually still says "WIP" on the Version number

Instruction (first time download):
1. Download from the link.
2. Extract from the Zip file.
3. Double-click Q.BAT to run.

Instructions (update your existing Qooty):
1. Make a copy of your existing Qooty folder - I cannot stress this enough. While it all should be fine, I'm not taking responsibility if everything you had previously created disappears.
2. Download and extract. Copy the extracted files over the top of the existing ones.
3. Double-click Q.BAT to run.
