Do u 'hoot' 'whistle' 'bip' yell out or wotever at girls walkin past?

I tell ya wot if i ever catch my boy doin it :mad: :p

I have just been for a walk and am disgusted with the men of Australia :mad: Can a girl not walk around in skimpy things on a hot day without this sort of unwanted attention. I have news for the men IT IS SUMMER and i refuse to wear a long peasant skirt covering my legs and arse on this nice day but if men don't stop this i think all the chicks should start wearing tracksuits in summer till men treat women with more respect!

No, the hooting and hollering is a really poor plan. They are 'Darwin noises.' It's so they can call attention to themselves as the very male members who are least likely to gain mating opportunities.

Respect works both ways, not just in a sexual reference. Some women need to learn respect in the way they treat guys too.

Sadly, things will not change.
All I can say is sadly, if you dont want it to happen, you may have to bite the bullet and dress a little scantily than you do.

In years to come the male species will remain the same as it has done in the past and the present. Nothing will change. It's a fact of life.
 
i don't wear overly skimpy stuff but jeeeez some guys are d*ckheads! Do they reckon if they yell out "show us ya t*ts!!" we actually will? Do they reckon beeping their horns will make us run Terminator-style after the car?

I was standing at a bus-stop one day. Trackies, bad hair, sick and on my way to the doctor. And this carload of blokes stop and offer me a lift! Did they reckon I was seriously going to accept?

I don't mind wearing low-cut stuff when going out as I have the cleavage factor . . . but guys, "nice t*ts!" does not count as an acceptable chat-up line . . . neither does "five Cougars, thanks!"

I had two youngish (18,19) girls whistle at me last year and I must say it was rather off putting. But girls do it just like guys do.

lol yes the 'at the bustop in a traccy one' i have had that too, it's just feral!

What i was wearing was hardly that of a stripper...

plain black normal singlet, bikinis underneath and boardies ok maybe they were a little short *:D* but still i don't like the piggish behaviour i got. My doggy was with me i wish he bit them.

...and yes Mooster looking nicely and smiling with mouth well closed is acceptable :p

You do have to wonder if these men really think their behaviour will succeed in getting a girl. Methinks if a girl said, "Great, let's do it.", they'd run a thousand miles in the opposite direction.

Most of the time it's done to impress their mates - "Look at me, I'm a goer." Pathetic.

Depends on how you are dressed, or how you look. If you look like a tart, then most men will treat you like a tart. If you look good, sexy and classy then men will treat you like that.

Guess what? It's not Summer yet! It's Spring!
 
It really is an immature act. I have had girls do things liek that too me but no way in a rufe or offecsive manner!
But the worst thing is I would be walking down Jetty Rd at Glenelg with my gf and guys would hang out their cars making comments while I'm there! Bloody pathetic!

There was a Port supporter who was walking down a backstreet while we were waiting in traffic after the last showdown and made rude gestures to my gf with me there!

Some guys are bloody pathetic.

On behalf of all guys, I apologise to the girls that this happens to, I would never do it, and never have!

I smile is atleast a respectible way of doing it!
