Have any of you tried any of the rapid fat loss catalysts (eg. Xenadrine) and if so what sort of results did you obtain and over what time span? Cheers.

Hydroxycut or Hydroxylean. Get on them, you will not regret it. Know people who have lost up to 20kg in 3 months from them.

Yes, it is very dangerous to lose that amount of weight in such a short time. Doing it over 6-12 months would be more realistic.

It is more dangerous to drop weight quickly than to be overweight and the chances of putting it back on increase with the speed of the loss, doubling the danger.

The fat loss supplements like Hydroxycut are only meant for people who aren't overweight but wish to get those last 3 or 4 kilos of body fat off so they can get that muscle definition.

I agree with that 100%.

Still, I once considered hydroxycut after having gained a few pounds over the Summer holidays, and just before our annual canoe float/camping debauchery extravaganza.

The problem is those products are bad for your liver, and worse if you are drinking beer while using them. What kind of ****ing diet doesn't let you drink beer?

So I quit eating instead. Worked great.

Peace,
