Quick Defensive help

I know there are many threads for trades, it is just a last minute trade.
With Symes, Cornes, Pfeiffer all not playing.... the dreaded zero was coming my way.

I thought I would downgrade Pfeiffer to a player.

Who would you pick

Myers
Proud

Other - Name the player.

Prefer a downgrade to a cash cow.

Will get to 250K so cost less to upgrade and is certain to play the next 8-10.

I would get Ibbo:

Ibbo - should get regular games, played well against Cats
Proud - could be out of side next week, playing Cats this week
Myers - potential, but honestly no idea on this kid yet
