I downloaded TV Shows from ITunes but when I play them the video is split screened, as in it's half the video twice.. I'll post a screen to explain..

Any ideas how to fix it?

I've tried converting the files to mpg or avi but protection on the file won't allow me to do that.. Also the videos won't play on my IPod

Looks like what you see when you watch the 3D test channel on a non 3D TV.

Have you tried re-downloading it? iTunes normally allows you to download purchased items a number of times.

If you can't, then send off an email to iTunes support stating what has happened. They will probably refund it or let you download again.

I doubt the problem is with the download. When i upload videos off my phone to the computer the same problem happens when played through QuickTime. I'm pretty sure ITunes uses QuickTime when you watch the video through ITunes, so I'm assuming the problem is with my computer being unable to play MP4 for some reason. Is there any other programs that can play Mp4 files or is there any way around the code to convert files from Mp4 to say Mpeg or avi?
