Senior umpiring for me is $130 per day. But I just work on Saturdays.

The best part of seniors is that some teams don't give a shit. And there isn't the line of abusive parents on the fence ready to criticise me.

you don't really cop the abuse from parents in the juniors, i've never had a problem.
the worst i've had is a fight between a coach and a parent because of the wet-weather and didn't believe i knew the rules about the rain, as in, she though you didn't come off in the rain. she even tried calling the president of the association to prove their coach wrong.
she took her kids home and won't let them play at the club anymore
but nothing towards me.

unless it hits the bottom of middle i won't give it, but i'm usually doing u14 games, so i give the batsman some leniency.

Half the team will come up to me and ask what it was missing, I usually just say leg.

Hasn't happened, he does juniors, I do seniors. Plus this is my first season umpiring.
