I've never gotten anything (ha) out of a gay friend than I have a girlfriend or straight male friend. I mean who cares? They're just another person to discuss hot men with, and I can do that with girls anytime.

It's true SkeetO, a lot of girls want a gay bestfriend. I don't know why really, it's just one of those things. I have two gay friends, but I don't treat them differently to any other guy friend.
It's funny though when I see a hot guy and say "how you doin" jokingly, and they say "I'd tap that" or something... it's hard to explain but its kind of cool. I don't know, I don't think you guys would get it. No judgementalo.
That said, it more to do with the persons personality than sexuality imo.
Not idealistic Ben, I just think that it's putting pressure on and singling out a footballer, and for what? Does every staright player have to annonce that they are straight? It has nothing to do with anyone but themselves. If they want to come out, that's fine, it's their right to not have to pretend, but how it affects their profession as a footballer is beyond me.
